Our neighborhood at Juniper Hill Apartments is comprised of a mix of: one and two bedroom and efficiency apartments. Each unit is equipped with the following appliances: - dishwasher - stove - refrigerator - in wall air-conditioning unit There are coin operated laundry facilities on every floor of every building. Our monthly rent includes: - heat - hot & cold water - sewage - snow removal - trash removal - parking - lawn care Our residents are responsible to pay for their own electricity, cable television, and internet. We are an animal friendly complex allowing one (1) animal per apartment up to twenty (20) pounds. There is a one-time animal fee ($100) and a monthly animal rent ($20).
