It is such a shocking thing in this day and age to get timely and outstanding service that I hardly know what to say! Rochelle was the perfect person for this job. She diagnosed the problem I had with my self-cleaning oven, patiently explained (and demonstrated) everything to me, clearly spelled out my options and got me happily back in business before she left. I cannot say enough good things about her work and honestly. Will absolutely recommend her to family
