Arias Agencies’ founder, Simon Arias, was hired by the Surace-Smith Agencies in Ohio after graduating college. Simon excelled and was promoted to a top level management position within his first year and eventually worked as Regional Director of Sales for the Agency, becoming a key figure in expansion efforts. The results Simon achieved helped him rise to be one of the top leaders at American Income Life.
Since starting his own company in 2008, he has become the youngest State General Agent in AIL Company history, has excelled as an SGA and has won numerous awards, breaking production records for his territory. He also contributes to AIL’s Executive Council and has been chosen as State General Agent of the year, the highest honor a State General Agency can achieve.
