Born in Torrington, Connecticut, Bryan received his undergraduate degree in business management from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Connecticut. He attended Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where he earned a master's degree in health science as a physician assistant. Bryan also served in the United States Army Reserves as a sergeant in the Mortar Platoon in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Bryan believes in living a healthy lifestyle focused on proper nutrition, daily exercise and sleep, and he helps teach patients how lifestyle can positively affect their heart health.
