ILoveKickboxing changed my life. The staff are so awesome and motivating and the workout has made me feel some relief from having fibromyalgia. It's honestly the highlight of my day. I even recommended it to my cousin, now we both go three times a week. Can't recommend it enough!

ILKB is fun loving and welcoming place that really makes you feel like a family. I started going with my mom and sister since they opened and have a class pack since I go away for school, but I am remembered every time I return on breaks. Love the staff!

Love the staff and lose inches by going to 3-4 classes a week and of course eating healthier! The challenges they have for members is also helpful!

Ilovekickboxing is the best decision I have ever made. I have lost 28lbs and continue getting into shape. Thanks to the amazing staff for the support and motivation. I love it and recommend everyone to at least try it out, you won't regret it!

The best experience I had going to a gym. The staff are very friendly, and they are there to help you reach your goal. They make each class different so that class is always a mystery, I look forward to the next class to see what new moves they will teach. I love it.

I saw information about I Love Kickboxing Lagrange (ILKB) on Facebook, and thought the deal of 5 classes and free boxing gloves for $19.99 was too good to be true. So much so that I even called the studio before purchasing the trial to make sure it was legit. I purchased the trial and I’m so happy I did!! (I was one of the first few that signed up so I received a 5 class deal.) I went into my first class scared of how hard it would be. I work out but I’m not the best a pushups, sit-ups or running and I was worried I wouldn’t make it through the first class. I did. My first class was with Philip who is energetic and motivating. He partnered with Derick, who also walked the mat with him to make sure everyone in class had good form and also, shouted out motivational things to keep us going. The class did start off with a bit of running, high knees and butt kicks, but everything is broken down in to sets of 30 seconds and.. you can do anything for 30 seconds right? Ilkb is a high energy, fast pace workout. 1 hour classes that leave you wanting more! New clean studio with friendly professional staff who truly care about everyone who walks through the doors. I highly recommend trying a class, you won't be disappointed!

I took my first class at ILKB La Grange just over a month ago. I was really nervous because I hadn't done anything like this before, but the staff was so energetic and encouraging that my nerves turned to excitement. The classes are fast paced which keeps your energy high, and each class has a positive atmosphere. Everyone there wants to see you succeed, including the other members. If you're looking for a full body workout that will keep you coming back, this is definitely the place. Can't wait for the next class!

Great facility! It is clean, it is roomy, but the best part is the staff! They put you through a tough workout that is worth every penny!!
