These classes are helping me to take a break from the everyday treadmill and get some good tips for other strength training. The instructors are also so much fun, encouraging and upbeat! First and fore-most ILKB meets you where you are at. It does not matter your level of fitness. The classes start and end on time. Warm-up, kick-boxing rounds, partner drills, cool down and health facts. Classes are highly motivational, encouraging and ALWAYS positive. Great experience!
