I'm a real estate broker who loves the mountain resort area and lived in Lake Arrowhead since 1997. I have been self employed for over 29 years, my education is in business, trained in negotiation and hold a California real estate broker's license. I have the creativity, expertise and energy to help you buy or sell in any market!

As a local resident, licensed broker since 2003, I have seen first-hand the market shift and have adjusted my focus from simply selling homes to helping homeowners. I have experience with bank owned listing, short sale transactions and enjoy the challenges of today`s market.

While the economic climate has been tough, it has resulted in affordable housing and interest rates at unbelievably low levels. This has created a market here in our beautiful area, where homes can be purchased at discounted prices from our peak back in 2005. Now is a great time to buy or sell!

Our History

I joined the RE/MAX Franchise as a new real estate agent in 2003 and quickly became one of the Top 10 Producing real estate agents in the area. 2009 when the Local RE/MAX Franchise closed, my husband and I purchased the RE/MAX Franchise. I quickly realized how much I missed working with clients so we sold the franchise. In 2013 my husband & I (also a licensed agent) decided to open our own independent Real Estate agency and continued selling real estate in Lake Arrowhead and that is when The JoAnn Dickinson Group was formed.

As an experienced Real Estate Broker, now working independently with past clients, new clients, many by referral, we have much more freedom to work with our clients and selling more property, than before because of our reputation and outstanding customer service.
