The motto of First Baptist Church of Lake Placid is "knowing God's heart! Sharing God's hope!" The purpose of all we do and all we are is to know God more and to share His life and love with others. We do this through worship services - traditional and contemporary, through Bible studies, and through various ministry opportunities within the church and the community. We have a children's program for infants through fifth grade and a youth program for middle school and senior high students.
