EHMS Mechanical Services traces its roots back more than 30 years to the V.A. Smith Company, one of the area's oldest and most respected mechanical contractors at the time. The new company quickly became recognized for innovative mechanical design, quality installation and excellent customer service. In 2014, the Service Group was acquired by Richard Carlini of All Mechanical Industries as a wholly owned subsidiary.
Rich is a seasoned veteran of the mechanical services industry with more than 30 years of design/build and service experience in the industrial/commercial and institutional markets. Managing mechanical service divisions for some of the area's largest contractors proved to be great training for what would eventually lead to the acquisition of his own company.
