Established in the 1930s by Edgar Calahan. Current owners, Richard and Don Calahan have grown up with the industry. They have a passion for what they do and excitement for the challenges that come with the daily operations of a Commercial General Contractor. We work with most municipalities in the front range as well as Schools and Universities. About half of our customers are municipal/schools and half are private sector. With an Architect on staff, we also provide design-build services.
