The Behavioral Health Center, which encompasses the Crisis Walk-In Center (CWIC) and Interventional Psychiatry, is located on the Lancaster General Hospital Campus at 526 N Lime St in Lancaster. The CWIC offers immediate, easy-to-access behavioral health care for those with non-life-threatening concerns. We’re here to serve adults, adolescents, and children ages 6 and older across Lancaster County, regardless of the ability to pay.

Our team includes nurses, Certified Peer Support Specialists, licensed counselors, Master’s level counselors, and psychiatric providers who partner with you to support your health and well-being.
Crisis Walk-In Center hours No appointment necessary! Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Please plan to come in at least 30 minutes prior to closing.Closed on federal holidays
