At Rustiques, our philosophy centers on bringing the past to life through reclaimed, refurbished, and upcycled art and décor. And the idea of something old becoming new began with the shop itself, housed in a historic home that has been part of this quaint little town for over 100 years. The refurbished historical house has even been home to a few notorious characters over the years, including a former sheriff of Landrum, and has housed a few different businesses. When we acquired it for our shop, we completely refurbished it, replacing floors and remodeling the rooms to better suit a retail store, yet preserving the charm of the original house. Situated in the quaint old southern town of Landrum SC, Rustiques perfectly compliments this historic site along with The First Pique of the Blue Ridge foothills.
