Riverwood Homes of Colorado is a custom home builder serving primarily the Front Range and mountain communities of Colorado. Since 2016 the company has been owned and operated by the husband-and-wife team of Brad Bailey and Tammie Boulter. Brad and Tammie have continued the ethos established by founders Tim and Valerie Coy of building close personal relationships with clients based on trust.
