Mark has been a loan officer since 1997 and believes that there isn’t a program or product that he is not knowledgeable about. This experience translates to top notch customer service for his borrowers; and he firmly believes that the customer is in fact always right. He greatly enjoys working with first time homebuyers and seeing them receive the keys to their new home is always an extremely gratifying experience. Married, Mark has two sons and one daughter. When not in the office, he enjoys traveling, golfing, and attending his children’s various sporting events. A little known fact about Mark is that his high school named a wrestling move after him; the “Sangster Tilt”.
