Attorney Referral Services is an independent associate with LegalShield and we maintain a network of law firms, referral lawyers and connects people in need of lawyers with our participating law firms and attorneys. Potential clients who become a member signs a membership agreement and pay a small monthly retainer fee and are assigned to a legal plan. The legal plan, whether it be personal or business, list the legal services that will be performed under the membership agreement. Members of the legal plans can contact a law firm for legal services and are directed to a lawyer who practices in the area of law that is most appropriate for their situation. For example, our legal plans includes: Legal advice on unlimited issues, trial-related issues, trial -defense services, letters and phone calls made on your behalf, traffic-related issues, IRS audit assistance, online legal forms, contract/document reviews, free will, living will and healthcare power of attorney preparation.
