The Center for Sports and Rehabilitation is an outpatient therapy center at Southwestern Medical Center. They provide outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and unique therapeutic interventions such as hand therapy, trigger point dry needling and vestibular rehabilitation.
