Graduated from University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston in 1984 and took over the practice of Charlie Laine DDS in Galveston where he has practiced for 27 years. After the building was destroyed in 2008 by Hurricane Ike, we rebuilt in Galveston and Built another New Buiding and Dental practice in League City, Tx in 2010. Dr Carroll has three kids and has been married to Kim for 33 years. His hobbies are special olympics, hunting and fishing with his two boys, and volunteering with Citizens Commission on Human Rights an organization devoted to stop the drugging of kids.
