Myers Associates PLLC is a small law firm, which has been serving Vermont and New Hampshire for over twenty years. The firm made a conscious decision to remain small so that clients would be able to interact directly with the attorney in charge of their matters.
We specialize in individual legal representation, real estate transactions, the creation of business entities and business/commercial transactions. For many years prior to the creation of the firm, the principle of the firm, Howard Myers, specialized in civil litigation and thus we also assist clients in civil litigation involving these general subject areas.
This background in litigation has afforded to Mr. Myers a unique appreciation of the potential pitfalls of various transactions. The firm places special emphasis on "preventive lawyering."
