Carlo Cammisano founded Carlo's Copa Room Italian Restaurant in 2004 with his mother, Chef Kathy Fiorello. The Copa Room's original location was on Broadway in downtown Kansas City, Missouri, where it began drawing attention for its reputation of offering classic, authentic Old World Cuisine in a Las Vegas/Rat Pack lounge-style setting. In 2008 Cammisano made the decision to move his restaurant to its current location in Johnson County, Lenexa, Kansas on the corner of 87th and Lackman. Cammisano considers his restaurant's authentic Italian recipes to be long-time family treasures handed down from generation to generation, and by offering such a quality family dining experience, the restaurant has built a loyal and ever-growing following. The Copa Room also specializes in Wedding Catering, Corporate Catering, Pharmaceutical Catering and Event Catering for the Kansas City Metro area. Carlo Copa Room also serves Sunday Brunch.
