We even do One Time Close construction loans (OTC) to allow clients to purchase land and build all in one loan. This includes FHA, USDA, VA and Conventional loans. We have great loan programs for self-employed customers like Bank Statement loans that do not require tax returns to calculate income. We have Investor Cash Flow loans (ICF) where income is calculated based on the fair market rent and Asset Qualifier loans for high credit score clients with no employment, income or DTI (debt to income) requirements - Primary home purchases only, no investment properties.
