COMMERCIAL ROOF COATINGS, LLC. was started in 1983 by Ivan and Darla Stoltzfus. Ivan started the business from "scratch" making all cold calls in the beginning. Our 1st job was a 350 square foot roof for a local nursing home. We now have done 3 and 4 acre roofs, and our children have all been involved in the business at one time or another and our daughters still do office work. The Foam Coatings have served us very well, as we now have approx. 9 million square feet of completed roofs.
