Gary Coffman is a knowledgeable and dedicated Mortgage Finance professional with more than 24-years of experience helping individuals and families secure home loan financing. Gary is well-versed in all of Colonial’s Home Loan programs including Conventional, VA, FHA, First-Time Homebuyer, Construction, Jumbo and more.
Gary truly loves helping people, whether he is helping a family put together a plan so they can purchase a home in the near future, educating homebuyers to make informed decisions about their home purchase or finding out if refinancing a mortgage makes financial sense for his customers, helping people is a part of his life’s journey.
Gary currently serves as Colonial’s Retail Sales Manager of our Lewisville, Texas branch and will also be in charge of expansion in Oklahoma. A highly-trained mortgage professional of more than two decades, Gary has a history of leadership in the industry and enjoys being a mentor to his team of Loan Originators and other Mortgage Operations staff. He is very active in the Mortgage industry and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), Master Networks, Frisco Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
Gary attended Oklahoma State University and the University of Central Oklahoma where he graduated with a major in Industrial Safety Engineering and a minor in Finance, Gary enjoys spending time with his four children, Colten, Brycen, Rylee and Cambree. An avid outdoorsman and thrill-seeker, in his free time you will find him spending time with his family at the lake, camping, hiking, training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, working out, Mountain biking and more.
