A destination where Polynesian flavors meet Ring of Fire decor, guests can expect an inspired menu of shareables, entrees and more drawing from the duo’s 55+ years of combined experience in Lexington restaurants.
This culinary and cocktail experience will bookend the duo’s award-winning Corto Lima, a pan-Latin corner hotspot located at 101 West Short Street as part of their hospitality company, Locations Restaurant Group (LRG).
Complementing Jonathan’s culinary whim, TJ’s extensive cocktail menu features interpretive concoctions of ingredients from botanicals to house-made cordials. A curated wine selection of varieties and regions the world over plus luxury cocktail experiences will support the robust beverage program.
