Our story began in 1981 when founder, Brett Marquis, started Marquis Floors upon graduating from Emory University. Brett, at the age of 21 began his flooring career in a local, Atlanta flea market. Within 2 years their reputation began to spread and in 1983 we were able to find our home in Lilburn, GA off of Highway 78. We built our first store and we have remained in the same location ever since. Today, Brett and his wife Pam remain at the center of the business. Both Pam & Brett believe that being a family owned and operated business is responsible for much of our success over the years.
