As concerns over employer compliance with the Affordable Care Act surfaced, our U.S. customers turned to us for help in solving this real business problem – data and risk management for the most exacting IRS reporting requirement yet. We responded by delivering comprehensive software that consistently has been a step ahead: Integrity Data’s ACA Compliance Solution was in beta testing for an entire year prior to the IRS release of final ACA regulations, which came in February 2014. Our solution was commercially released two weeks later. IRS Form 1095-C was printing from our solution as early as October 2014 – four months before the IRS draft was approved. By the end of June 2016, we had successfully helped all our customers generate, print and, where needed, e-file the 1095-Cs and 1094-Cs.
