I am so happy that I made the decision to join ILKB in Liverpool. Such a great facility- clean, welcoming environment with amazing trainers who keep you motivated and genuinely care about your progress. Check this place out! You won't regret it!!

Joining ILKB was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have never been so excited to go workout. The workouts are never the same. The instructors keep you motivated and challenge you to push yourself. They really take their time to invest in you as a person and help you work towards your goals. Within two months I have gotten stronger and have committed to living a healthier lifestyle. Since joining, everyone says I am happier and look healthier. ILKB has officially become my #fitfam.

It's hard work, but it's definitely worth the time and effort. The staff is friendly and up-beat. They genuinely want to help you succeed. Overall, it's a fun place to get in shape.

This is the most fun you'll ever have working out! The instructors are amazing and the hour long class just flies by!! I never want it to end! So glad I did the trial they offer on their website, it was the best decision I could have made for myself!

I joined I love kickboxing with no experience to kickboxing before. I am two months in and I am addicted! Before I was super tired and lazy and never wanted to go to the gym and now each day I get excited to go because they make you feel like family. The instructors are the nicest people I've ever met and genuinely care about you and your goals. The members are also so nice and accepting and I'm so happy I made this decision for myself!

ILKB has been such a lifesaver for me! The trainers are super motivating and fun, the facility is clean and the music is a blast! I've lost 10 lbs and 6 inches around my waist so far!

I needed to get into shape after having two kids and find something I enjoyed doing and was able to get healthy at the same time. I love kickboxing did that for me. I have more energy, and drive to become a healthy mom. The staff is a blast and right there with you making sure you meet your goals. I love kickboxing is not like any other gym. everyone works together and we have fun while doing it. Highly recommend if you are looking to get out and have fun while working out.

Best workout. Intense workout but the instructors make it fun. Very friendly and clean environment. You will be very happy you took the step to join.
