My husband resolved resolved a debt with this company and had a pretty good experience ARA sent him a settlement letter, Its all good.

Bills Suck, not paying them made my credit suck along with it. I am debt free. I got to say it feels good real good, I want to go on vacation, I am applying for a credit card next month... ARA u ain't so bad!!!

I got a letter about a Citibank MasterCard that I closed last year. I spoke to Tammy Bloomberg and she was very professional and allowed me to do payments of $35/Mo until it was paid. The company is very easy to deal with.

No one wants to deal with bill collectors or bills, the guy I talked to at ARA wasn't so bad I got him to take 10% to close the account. Not bad.

I had a bank of America credit card which I paid religiously for years. Then I lost my job and it went in to default and Bank of America collections department refused to work with me (which is why I’ll never get another bank of America credit card). When these guys got the account they settled it for 50 percent and let me make payments. I have to give credit to the representative Mrs. Burkhart who was very understanding right from the beginning.

I had a discover bill for over $7000. The lady I worked with got it settled for $2,134 and I finally got rid of this debt. She was very professional and while it sucked to have this bill she made dealing with it not so bad. Sarah H

ARA called me about my bill. I didn't like I read some reviews. I seen some others I didn't either, some did. I called back. I called back and Samuel sanders gave me a discount. I paid it he promised a paid in full letter. I waited for 3 days called him back and he said its in the mail. Next day it was there. I realize i didn't dislike the collection agency, I disliked owing someone. I didn't owe anybody baby it feels good!!!!

Got a call from these guys, I got to say Sandy Amus is o.k. another bill bites the dust. Give Sandy a raise ARA!!!

ARA called me, dude I told them I'll call you right back, then I didn't answer the phone. I got a letter in the mail, it offered me a settlement, I called in, Mr. Tower was not as expected, he was o.k.

I had a bill that I didn't pay, to be real I wished it went away, it didn't, got a call from Miss Harmon at ARA Inc. She was OK she gave me a decent settlement, I got to admit its better having it paid instead of it hanging over my head. Miss Harmon your OK.
