Dr. Chang is a heart rhythm specialist with clinical interests in atrial fibrillation, left atrial appendage closure, ventricular arrhythmias, and device management including leadless pacemakers and device extractions. He grew up in Los Angeles and settled in New England after completing his electrophysiology fellowship at the Brigham and Women's Hospital. His accolades include the Fulbright scholarship, Gold Humanism Honor Society, and chief fellowship during general cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology training. Dr. Chang currently serves as a section editor for the Heart Rhythm Case Reports Journal and participates as an active member of the American College of Cardiology and Heart Rhythm Society. Outside of work, he loves to spend time with his wife and son and play golf.
