My business experience has revolved around the Real Estate Industry. Having started my Real Estate career in early 1979, I was an active Realtor for just under 11 years. I then became a State Certified Appraiser and Co Owned West Coast Appraisers for over 10 years. In 1995, I began my Lending career. I am currently Co Owner of Advantage One Home Loans. My company specializes in Conventional, FHA, VA and Reverse Mortgage Lending. We provide both purchase and refinance funding. Some of our other specialty loans include 2nd Home and Investment Property financing.
