I usually have gym memberships but i wanted to try something new and this place has literally kicked my ass into shape! Been doing this for a little over a month now, and it's the one thing i look forward to ending my day with. The classes are such convenient times and our coaches are amazing! Meredith, Eric & Bri are so motivating and make class so fun. The hour flies by. Even when half way through i want to give up, they don't let you. Even the other members are so nice and welcoming. It's so much more different than your typical gym.

I love this place!!! My first day was a game changer for me! The instructors are amazing and the schedules work for morning people and or evening people! They get you super pumped to kick some butt ! Love it !!

I went into this class thinking it'll be like any other fitness class/gym/etc, where I ended up not wanting to join. I was wrong! I loved the first class so much that I got myself a membership!! The classes are fun and motivating. I haven't worked out with all the coaches yet but shoutout to Eric & Meredith!! They're amazing, friendly, funny, helpful and modifies my workout so my back won't give out. If you've been looking for a place to get fit and have fun then this place will be perfect for you!!

Love this place. All the employees are welcoming, nice and very friendly. Its not boring like the gym and ilovekickboxing keeps me motivated and want to come in every day. If you want to lose weight and be fit, come and try it and you will not regret it.

This place is awesome!! It's a Fun & positive atmosphere! All the staff are super encouraging and all the kickboxers are supportive of one another!! I love this place! Take advantage of their online promotions and give it a try! You'll get hooked!

Amazing gym and even better crew who runs it. They definitely keep me coming back. Thanks for the puddles of sweat.

I tried other ILKB studios but, hands down ILKB Los Alamitos is the best. I had the groupon deal - great way to try out if this is for you, minimal invesment, maximum workout & fun. They take care of you with the groupon deal the same way like they take care of their regular members. (Not just in the first class....) They understand that some people might need more than one class to get a feel for this, they are not pushy or agressive. Classes are high energy ones, instructors are friendly & fun, they have different styles, but they all have great sense of humor and they focus on you getting the most out of your workout and help you with your goals. Studio is super clean, location & parking is excellent. I got a membership with them after I used my groupon classes - and they worked with me to get a good deal - even though the best deal is when you sign up after your first class. Thank you ILKB Los Al Team - this is THE way to run a business!

Definitely recommend I Love Kickboxing-Los Alamitos!! The instructors are hands on and very encouraging! The members all motivate each other and keep each other accountable!!

Check out “I Love Kickboxing – Los Alamitos”! It’s a great place to get your workout on. Everyone motivates each other, instructors are friendly and the atmosphere is upbeat and energizing! Working out has never been this fun. I look forward to attending class and pushing myself to be a more fit person. I love this place!
