lisa bradley, pa-c should not be a provider here. since 2015, i have been a patient here and typically seen by dr. gerald todd, however, the last two instances july 2021 & nov 2021 i have had horrible treatment and lack of professionalism. every time i have spoken to this woman she seems extremely confused and has placed patient on hold for over 20mins with an overall rude attitude and impatience. at every instance where i asked a question, she either placed me on hold or completely ignored the question. i had to wait 30 days for teledoc appointment for disability evaluation and primary care services (as listed on website). over the past two days i've experienced symptoms of the flu with body temperature over 100, so i was thankful that my appointment was right on time! after collecting funds, the doctor called and quickly placed me on hold for the disability evaluation (10mins+). however, when i asked if they have the ability to write a prescription for cold/flu since my otc medication wasn't helping, the doctor insisted that i take otc medicine (although i already explained), go to urgent care or primary provider (and i already explained i don't have a primary provider due to lost coverage/insurance). when asked if i could speak to someone in front office i was placed on another 10min hold where it was clear she had spent that time explaining her side of the issue and making a new problem of my medication list, which i had uploaded as a .pdf doc. so, once the other representative joined the call she also refused to let me speak and clarify what was needed. instead of finding excuses with patients, both lisa bradley and front staff should listen....and they would have seen that the medication list was in fact in the portal under uploaded docs (not the medication list on profile which clearly states its not viewable by staff) and also that they never sent the internal form for medication which they did after the call ended. it wasn't until i spoke with the second representative that they just flat out stated that they do not feel comfortable writing any prescription (even if non-narcotic, non-controlled substance or antibiotics). i asked for refund and will likely not be returning as patient here again if lisa bradley is the treating physician
