this hotel’s staff are friendly, warm, kind, and attentive to your every need. the hotel itself was lovely, charming, and the rooms are spacious and reasonably priced. the bed was so comfortable. i am a terrible sleeper, and i slept soundly. the location was close to lots of sightseeing attractions, entertainment, and venues.

the overall experience at this hotel is great and excellent! you can sit beside the pool and order foods, plus you can chill with the band performing at night. the light effects of the infinity pool are unique and beautiful. i didn't expect much about the room, but it turns out to be so spacious and well-organized. a big thumbs up! i suggest staying at this five-star service hotel!

absolutely wonderful place to stay! always clean and a friendly staff. i don't think i opened the front door to the hotel for myself even once. always a doorman there to greet you and help carry things in and out! the suite was roomy and modern. loved it!

the interiors are modern and luxurious at the same time just like our big suite with a wonderful view of the palm and on the sea. very nice swimming pool on the fourth floor, great spa, and incredible gym, top-level technology equipment. what to say about the whole staff? not enough words for their kindness and professionalism! super great service!

the staff members are very friendly and help you with everything. the room i stayed in was very beautiful and the lady cleaned it every day perfectly. just a couple of minutes away (by taxi or bus) and also the airport is just a ten-minute drive away. i traveled for one month and this was, without a doubt, the best place i stayed in!

kudos! the room rates are cheap, and the services at this hotel are great too. i'm so happy that i was able to choose this hotel because it was all worth it, and my stay here was really lovely. my biggest thanks to those guys who managed to give me everything i needed, especially some room service!
