Njideka Obijiaku has built a decade long foundation in the financial world and currently serves as Owner & CEO of Shifting the Culture Wealth Partners LLC. Our firm aims to promote a movement, enthusiasm, and a sense of fraternal obligation to build wealth in communities of color. Njideka’s unorthodox path to the financial world partly began as a result of her 4-year journey as a Community Organizer in South Los Angeles. That (along with her experiences as a first generation Nigerian American) helped Njideka realize that not just any education will do. It is her belief that with the right strategy, successful professionals (and business owners) can become seriously wealthy and create more examples that our communities need to see.
