We loved the pool and the amenities like the private beach and raft. The hotel is out of the central town. They had entertainment in the evening, but we were too worn out to participate. The food and service were very good. They are excellent at arranging tours and transportation. I would definitely visit here again!

From the moment you walk in the service is amazing! Everyone is so dedicated to making your stay feel like you’re well taken care of. Wences at the sails restaurant was such a pleasant server. Every single employee was so nice to us and never made us have to wait for anything. The views from our room were amazing, we couldn’t stay off the balcony and waking up at 5:30 am to watch the sunset was truly breathtaking. I would recommend staying here!

I stayed with this hotel for a month, and I wanted to share my experience with you guys. The staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating to the customers like me. Besides, the foods and drinks that they served were very good. Even the housekeepers in my room were very friendly and nice. Overall, my staycation here was satisfying and remarkable. Thanks!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was top notch. The hotel is very clean and has tasty meals available at their cafe. Of course, there is a McDonald's next door if you prefer, as well as an upscale shopping center within one block. Despite being walking distance to the airport, the hotel is very quiet. They provide free shuttle service to the airport. Very nice hotel that I plan to return!

We had a great time with my family here. The staff members are lovely and very helpful. The views are out of this world and truly amazing. The service was fantastic and the hotel was immaculate, and the pool area was beautiful. We will definitely return for another stay soon. Thank you so much for the great accommodation!

It was a first-class hotel! I was not mistaken about coming to this place because all of my inquiries were excellently addressed by their polite crew. I am deeply impressed by how they handled the service correctly with no hassles at all. Your wonderful and affordable service was strongly recommended! Exceptional!

The moment we entered the hotel, the security staff and front desk were extremely accommodating. The ambiance at the lobby was comforting. I was surprised by the birthday cake that was made out of bath towels when we entered our room. It was creative and thoughtful of them. The staff was punctual when we asked for assistance to connect to the hotel wifi. I strongly recommend staying here!

Good hotel for a city tour and a great breakfast. This beautiful and famous hotel is really good for our stay. The rooms are big, renovated, clean, and quiet. The breakfast buffet is a very good one and they also have various choices of food and delicious things here. The bar has live music and the drinks are good and the price is inexpensive.

We just walked in for food and also check on the hotel, One staff named, Jane of the conference welcomed us with a huge smile on her face and feel us so welcomed and home as she is so courteous and knowledgeable on things served at the conference, So friendly. After getting our food served, a minute has passed, she came back and asked how our food and drinks were. What a great gesture of her. We are looking forward to our next visit!

The hotel exceeded my expectations, which were already high! The room was spacious and had a welcoming feel, and the bed allowed for some of the most restful sleep I have ever had. The food was excellent! All staff members were all incredibly friendly and helpful. And the views and facilities on the property were beyond compare! This was the best hotel stay I have ever had, and I look forward to returning one day!
