He brought his recipes over from Greece and his pizza became a local favorite. He sold the shop to his old friend's son in December of 2016 after teaching him everything he knew. Anthony Rodriguez, who currently owns the pizzeria, has since introduced Puerto Rican items to the menu while keeping what everyone loves about Belvidere House of Pizza intact.
