i recently joined ilovekickboxing and i am very glad i did. best decision i have ever made. the studio is always clean and the instructors are friendly and motivating. they care about your health and fitness. it's not just a place to work out, it's a community that care and help each other. i absolutely love this place!

for someone who has no formal experience with kickboxing, i've learned a lot about what my body can and cannot take. at one point in my life, i was really into health and fitness. i ate appropriately and went to the gym regularly. one main factor about this regimen was that i wasn't alone: i had a health-conscious roommate who motivated me to eat healthy and workout with her and when i did go to the gym (which i had a membership at) i had a personal trainer...which lasted about eight weeks. once my roommate moved out and my weeks with my pt ran out, i tried but couldn't continue that regimen. other priorities came up. staying strong and eating healthy wasn't in the forefront of my mind. fast forward to about 1.5 years later, i decided after some much thought i was gonna get back into feeling better about my health. i skeptically purchased a special online for 3 classes + free gloves. honestly, i kinda just wanted the free gloves. lol. but after the first class, i already felt stronger (not hugely, but enough) that i signed up for a membership. since signing up in june 2018, i've been trying to prove to myself that i can do better than the last time i was in class. it's that challenge i give myself that keeps me going! ilkb lynnwood has some really awesome instructors who understand you and will help you every step of the way to push & motivate you to be the best you could be. this is the first time i felt that a "gym membership" was more than doing your workout and going home sweaty. you start a relationship...with your fellow kickboxers, your instructors and yourself. this may not be your conventional kickboxing training gym, but i feel great every time i step out that door... ☺️

i never thought i would be one of those people obsessed with a workout, until day 1 of ilovekickboxing. the community alone of the staff and members is what really drew me in. an incredible workout for body and mind with a sense of “badass-ery” sprinkled on top. cannot rave about this enough!

i joined ilkb lynnwood wa october 31, 2018 and it was the first day of the best days!! “can i do it?” quickly changed to “i am kicking it” with the most energetic/encouraging/supportive/caring staff members. the gym is clean and always ready; the members are so friendly and accepting of wherever you start/challenge each other to be a better self. not bad for 70 yr old.

i love kickboxing lynnwood is one of the only workouts i’ve truly enjoyed and looked forward to my whole life. i’m not the most fit or the best shape and have always been self-conscious in a gym or group classes. at the same time i’ve never been able to make my own worthy workout routine alone and end up give up. this is a structured 60 minute class that will give you a total body workout. everyone of every shape, size and fitness level are encouraged to do what they can the best they can - and staff can always help to make modifications for those who may need it. you are motivated every step of the way. it is a mental and physical boost. as you go to class and check in with one another you really do become a “fit family”. if you have struggled in the past with finding something both challenging and addicting then i’d encourage you to give it a try!

i would highly recommend ilovekickboxing! if you have ever thought or been interested i can only say take the leap! the community spirit at ilkb lynnwood is infectious and the trainers are amazing. i have never worked so hard in my life and i have never felt so good and positive after a workout!

this place is awesome! great people, positive energy, very clean, and every single staff member is courteous and professional. this has become my go to place when i'm feeling down and out. i signed up early september and my results since then have been amazing. highly recommend this over any other circuit workout!

this is an amazing gym for those people who do not know how to gym without someone to help them out from machine to machine. this workout is high energy and all about keeping you motivated. i feel myself get upset when i cannot make it to the gym and i am in much better spirits after a long workday and then a gym sesh. i am loving that i chose to become a member because even though kickboxing was something i never tried before, it is my favorite type of workout!

after seeing an amazing deal of 5 classes for $15 plus free gloves, i decided to finally try ilkb in lynnwood. i've always had trouble finding something active that i would enjoy. after the first class, my friend and i decided to become a member and i don't regret it! i try to go as much as i can and feel great every time -- physically and mentally. the instructors are really nice and helpful. they push you in a good way and leave you feeling accomplished. they're also great with any adjustments you might need in the workout.
