Brian Padilla first started learning about the HVAC industry in 1984 while attending high school and helping his grandpa, Joe, fix floor and wall heaters on rental homes, doing minor electrical, plumbing and water heater repairs. In 1989, he went to work for an industrial cooling tower shop and worked there for 12 years. In 1998, he returned to trade school to refresh his HVAC troubleshooting skills, and during this time he really developed his passion for the industry.
