We are double board-certified podiatric surgeon skilled to perform both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle.
As podiatric surgeons, Dr. Christopher Menke and Dr. Allison Menke are both specialists that differ from other doctors who’ve received limited training in foot and ankle medicine. After undergraduate school, both physicians invested 4 years at the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. There, the education rivaled that of a typical medical school, however, their curriculum focused heavily on the foot, ankle, and leg. Upon graduation, both doctors obtained the title DPM (Doctor of Podiatric Medicine) and subsequently furthered their training by investing an additional 3 years in one of the country’s most rigorous surgical residencies. They graduated from the prestigious Northlake/DeKalb Medical Residency program (formally associated with Emory University) with extensive knowledge in forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive surgery.
