ABOUT MY PRACTICE I see therapy as a joint process in which we work together to help you attain your goals. Even though stressful situations, eating disorders, and relationship issues can derail your life, individual therapy, couples counseling, and support groups can help you find solutions. Whether the concern is self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and/or ADD, psychotherapy can help you and your family to get unstuck. As a highly trained and experienced solution-focused therapist in midtown Manhattan and New Jersey, my goal is to help you resolve difficult issues and grow into your true potential. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying a variety of empirically-based strategies tailored to your needs, I will empower you to change behavior patterns, unconscious blocks, and cognitive distortions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and joyous life.
