Marietta Physical Rehab has served the Cobb County community since 2001. Originally born in Philadelphia PA, he moved to Toronto Canada where Dr. Jason Weeks grew up playing hockey, rugby, and wrestling through high school.After enlisting in the Marine Corps he was stationed in Hawaii, and served during Desert Shield/Desert Storm.
Dr. Weeks attended Life University where he played Varsity Rugby, and graduated in 1997. He continued on with his Masters Studies in Sports Injury Management and Biomechanics.
Dr. Weeks has 15 years of clinical experience treating professional athletes from the NHL, MLB, NFL, MLS, NBA, and a long list of UFC, Bellator, and other professional MMA and boxing athletes.
While in private practice he has served as the team physician for USA Rugby’s Women’s National Team, the Atlanta Knights Junior Hockey Club, Atlanta Chiefs Southern Football League team, and holds Level III coaching certification with USA Hockey, and Level III with USA Rugby.
He has trained Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 10 years, and is currently a Brown Belt under Ranieri Paiva and the legendary Helio Soneca.
His son Connor is a Varsity Wrestler at Pope High School in Marietta.
