LISA GRIDLEY graduated with highest honors from Yo San University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Los Angeles, CA. and is a licensed and board-certified Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner in California. She has volunteered for the Venice Family Clinic at the Simms Mann Center as well as spent many years teaching yoga, meditation, and cooking classes at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in New York City. She enjoys adventures and learning new things. The most recent challenging addition being golf!
