Basement Wall Replacement

rebar is install every 32" and then grouted

The outside is plastered.

Tar is installed on the wall and then a plastic sheeting is installed over the tar

Delta board is installed over the plastic and attached with metal anchors

Egress window and well installed

Break out the concrete 18" from wall.

Trench along footing.

3" perforated, PVC pipe installed along the footing.

The pipe is attached to the sump pump pit then 6a washed stone is installed over the pipe.

Cove plate is installed.

Cement is replaced.

Fiberglass insulation is removed from floor joists.

Garbage is removed.

4" perforated, PVC pipe is installed next to footing.

6a washed aggregate stone is installed over pipe.

Sump pump installed and pipe is attached to the sump pump pit.

6 mil plastic sheeting is installed.

Sump pump discharge and gutters are attached to a pop-up away from the house.
