ERC is a stimulus program designed to help those businesses that were able to retain their W2 employees during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Our purpose is to assist you in seeing if your business qualifies for this US Government ERC Grant and to help you apply if you haven't already, since the application period has been extended from March 2020 to February 2024.
You will need to have been in business since February 15, 2020, though written into law with the American Rescue Plan Act EVEN, NEW BUSINESSES that opened during the pandemic are now eligible to receive stimulus funding as a Recovery Startup Business.
