Tim Falcon's years of experience working on the river gave him the practical knowledge necessary to understand the complex issues often presented throughout various maritime cases. He handled a variety of cases for workers injured on offshore platforms, inland tugboats, dock workers, and high sea vessels.
Prior to joining the firm, Jenni worked at a large claims administrator firm, where she was responsible for implementing and managing processes for mass toxic tort claims resolution programs, including evaluating claims for damages and drafting claim review policies and procedures for the efficient resolution of claims that complied with eligibility criteria outlined in settlement agreements.
Jarrett is licensed to practice law in all Louisiana State Courts, the Eastern District of Louisiana and the Middle District of Louisiana Federal Courts. His areas of practice include maritime, personal injury, toxic exposure, and general civil litigation. Jarrett has secured significant victories in trial courts and appellate courts that provided substantial compensation for his clients and protected the rights of Louisiana citizens.
Jerry's practice primarily focuses on environmental litigation including oil field Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (“NORM”) personal injury, maritime personal injury, trucking and auto accidents.
Mr. Falcon and the firm currently handle hundreds of cases for workers who were wrongfully exposed to radiation due to the negligence and intent of various oil companies. This work has resulted in significant verdicts and settlements in an area of the law that he and his firm are one of a few firms developing.
