ILKB Is a great choice for anyone who is just getting back in shape or wants a change of pace. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and provide a fun workout environment. I highly suggest joining if you want a workout that will challenge you, but made you feel like a bad ***** at the same time!

ILoveKickboxing Massapequa changed my life in so many ways. I look forward to going to class every week and enjoy it so much, that it has become a priority. The staff are so awesome and motivating...very friendly environment! I've already begun to invite many friends and family because from the very first day I knew this was the place for me...if you've been looking for motivation and a group of friendly people all aiming for the same goals (health and fitness) then this is the place for you!

I decided to visit the studio after seeing the ads for discounted classes & free gloves. I was immediately drawn to the personality of the instructor I spoke with & knew I needed to sign up for the introductory deal. I enjoyed my 1st class so much that I signed up for a year right after class. I had been slacking in the exercise arena & not taking care of myself & as I began approaching my 45th B-Day this year I knew I needed a lifestyle change. I want to stop taking this stomach with me on vacation but above all I want to look AND feel good. ILKB AND their staff are helping me to achieve this. The staff makes taking class fun while working the heck out of us. There is a personal touch here that you just don't find at the larger gyms. To top it off, they make donations to a different charity every month & the members help by checking in whenever they take a class. I love ILKB & look forward to every class.

Beyond amazing is one way to describe this location. As a health nut, I am always looking for a challenge to stay fit. I joined i love kickboxing 1 month ago and could not be happier with my decision. In that month, I made friends and became motivated to push myself past my limits. When you walk into this location, the air is fresh and the environment is beyond spotless. The instructors greet their clients with the friendliest welcome. Walking into ilkb, I know I'm home. I know I'm safe and judge free. Everyone works together to help one another achieve their goals. The enthusiasm is contagious and immediately spreads across the mat. I love this location.. I love the staff. I love the cleanliness and most of all.... I LOVE the support, encouragement and motivation I get after each and every class!
