WHO WE ARE Integrity Mental Health (IMH) is a psychiatric clinic providing a full spectrum of mental health services, from psychotherapy to medication management. We saw a huge need in our area for quality mental health services, so our founders set out to make a difference in our community. We provide these services through traditional in office visits and virtually via telepsychiatry. This allows us to connect with patients who need help all over the intermountain region right from their home via HIPAA compliant telehealth software.
