The Underground Fitness Club has two dance studio's within a 2500 square foot women's only facility. It includes state of the art sound equipment, full length mirrors, 12 dance/fitness poles, 15 aerial fitness/yoga swings and over 20 foot tall silks. Our mission is to give women of every shape, size, weight and age a safe judgement free place to come out and play, dance, socialize, and boost their confidence while we are at it. We offer POLE Dancing, POLE Fitness, Girls Night Out Parties, Bachelorette Parties, Aerial Fitness, Aerial Silks, Group Fitness Classes such as INSANITY, P90X, YOGA X, FITCHIX, MIXXEDFIT, Zumba Step and Zumba. We also have special group outings we participate in such as Dirty Girl Mud Run, Live Concerts, Baseball Games, and other fund raising opportunities.
