my carpet runner on the entry stairs, 2 flights, was soiled and had several dark stains which i never believed would come out. michael removed all the dirt and stains. carpet was fresh and clean. has a powerful motor in the back of his van that steamed the dirt out. i let the carpet dry a couple of days before walking on it with shoes so as not to soil it.
