The Phineas Upham House is a historical house recognized by the National Register of Historic Places. Since the 1940s, the house has been owned by the Upham Family Society.
The Phineas Upham House is built in the “Saltbox” style. The Saltbox style has a gabled roof, with the rear slope much longer than the front and usually slatted shingles.
