Michael D. Elbert, Esq. is the lead attorney at The Elbert Law Firm. His primary practice areas are Criminal Defense, DWI/DUI and Personal Injury Litigation in Nassau County and Suffolk County.
After receiving his Bachelor's degree from the University at Buffalo, Michael attended St. John's University School of Law on an academic scholarship. He began his legal career at the Bronx District Attorney's office where he investigated and prosecuted thousands of criminal cases ranging from minor crimes to homicide.
